Connected offers fee-based
technical phone support, charged on a per-minute basis,
for those using supported versions of Connected Service.
(Minimum charge of $1.95USD per call.)
Phone inquiries including,
but not limited to, instructions, solutions and information
that are available in the FAQs
will be subject to charges, except for the following
issues, which are free of charge:
- Forgotten account password or encryption
- Upgrading service for higher capacity or additional
features
- Billing inquiries
- Cancellation of account
Pricing:
- $1.95USD per minute beginning when the Connected
Support Engineer
indicates the call is chargeable. For Canadian currency:

x1.95/minute. Calls originating outside North America
will be charged at the
applicable daily exchange rate. All calls are rounded
down to the nearest
minute. Minimum $1.95USD per call.
