Backups take just minutes a day — or less! After your first backup (which will take hours), the Connected Service takes only a few minutes or less to transmit new or changed data files to the secure Data Center.

Employees subscribing to the Home PC Backup service must back up their personal systems through their own ISPs.

Connected Service is compatible with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP.

*IMPORTANT: Data transmissions exceeding 1000MB following your initial backup and a one-month grace period will be charged $.04USD per megabyte in excess of the 1000MB limit. You will receive an email warning for the first month outside completion of your initial backup that the 1000MB limit is exceeded. If you receive a warning that you exceeded the monthly transmission allowance, you may use file de-selection to reduce the amount of data transferred. If you continue to exceed the data transmission limit, your credit card will be charged accordingly.

On average, less then 4% of our Premium Data Backup subscribers exceed the 1000MB transmission limit.
